We have had this come in once before and I held her back because I wanted to see what she would do as she grows out. These throw electric colors when stressed, bright pinks and dark moody blues. They do lose color as they settle in and this one is lacking color right now and has a couple of small scars. These are very expensive still. The one we're growing out did not drop a single leaf, but has not fully recolored yet (we've had her about a month). We're working on roots on the one we're keeping right now, so we're not running prolong light cycles. These are stunning once they're fully acclimated and stressed, based on the grower's photos.

If I had describe these, they're somewhere between a Hanaikada and a Primadonna, but with a much thicker leaf. I don't know a lot about them yet, but the one we've kept back has behaved nicely so far.

This plant was listed on March 7th, 2026. The photo(s) in this particular listing were taken yesterday under afternoon, sometimes cloudy conditions.
