Copiapoa Laui, Cluster

We have been working hard to get some rarer species of Copiapoa and cacti in this year. We are working with a business partner to import these from various farms. Because of new laws it has not been easy to get these in, even with our CITES permit. There are few of these special little guys on the upload tonight.

We are not experts in Copiapoa. We believe this to be Copiapoa Laui, but are not 100% sure of this identification. This is a nearly black form of Copiapoa with lots of petite heads (we counted about 20) grouped around and growing into each other with sprinkled in white fluffy dots. 

The heads on this plant are petite and the entire cluster is measuring in at about 2.75" across. We are not experts in what has been grafted and what hasn't, but I believe this to be an own root specimen.

This plant was listed on March 18th, 2023.  Photos were today, under natural light with heavy cloud cover. Slight symmetry and color changes can happen from the time photos were taken until the plants are delivered.
