Our Return Policy

For Live Plants 

We guarantee our live plants for a period of 15 days, after that time your plant is non-refundable. All plants must be shipped back and received and then a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. We will issue a complimentary return label for your return shipment. To start a refund request email us at returns@cedarcreekfarmhouse.com with your name, order number and the problem you are experiencing. We will respond within 48 hours with shipping instructions and a prepaid label. Small and mini arrangements are non-returnable. 

For Retail Items

All retails items must be unopened and used (unless it is defective) to be eligible for a return. We accept returns of non-living products for up to a period of 30 days. To start a refund request please email us at returns@cedarcreekfarmhouse.com and let us know the reason for your return, the name as it appears on the order and the order number you are returning. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. 

For Gift Cards and Subscriptions 

These items are always non-refundable, unless required by law in your state.
