Faucaria Bosscheana, Variegata

I believe this is probably the first time one of these guys has been offered in the US. It is very unusual to see Bosscheana in a variegated form. We had two of these that were in bloom at the same time, so I have not removed the bloom, as I am hoping for a seed pod. We had an in-person customer purchase the other one, so I've decided to put this one on our upload tonight, so she can be shared. There are two main heads and a tiny baby head started.

She is thirsty, we were trying to root her in soil, but I'm not seeing a lot of fresh roots yet, so I think she would enjoy a couple of days with her roots in water. She is not super wrinkly and the farm has left on some roots for you, but she is ready for a drink and I think she will root pretty fast once her farm roots are in water. 

Measures in at about 2.25" across her widest point. Again, this is the only one we have left of these. We were only able to get two. 

This plant was listed on December 14th, 2024.  Photos were taken today. Photos were taken around lunch today and the sun was out, so colors are actually slightly warmer today than the plants may appear in person. So please keep this in mind as you view our plants this evening. 

Slight symmetry and color changes can happen from the time photos were taken until the plants are delivered. Plants can pull leaves as they travel and settle in this time of year.
