This is a chunky little Lalla. These are a Pachyphytum and most Pachys tend to consume a few leaves after they ship. This is something that is unavoidable and when you have a small plant like these, they can change shape as they settle in. We just like to be upfront about this when we sell Pachys. She shipped beautifully and hopefully she won't pull many, but her shape is likely to change as she settles in. She is measuring in at about 2.5" across. No fresh roots yet, arrived on Thursday.
