Red Clover Tea
Red clover tea contains loose whole flowers of Trifolium Pratense. We enjoy this tea at the end of the day when the sun is going down and all is calm. Earthy, slightly sweet flavor.
This herbal tea has been said to help with:
-menopausal symptoms
-respiratory infections
-skin inflammation
-it is also said that Red Clover tea has properties that makes hair stronger/healthier
Instructions: Put 2 tsp of Red Clover flowers in a cup and add nearly boiled water. Let it stay for 6 minutes. Add honey when it's warm, if desired.
