Echeveria Maestro, (New Hybrid)
These photos were taken today, Saturday, October 19th, 2019. This Saturday in Atlanta has been rainy, we typically try to take our photos with adequate natural lighting to prevent wash out of color from our studio lights. Unfortunately today we were unable to do that and these photos were taken under our studio lights, which are very harsh. Colors may be brighter in person, depending on the cultivar.
These are still incredibly pricey because there's only two farms that have these at the moment and they're a brand new cultivar. But, incredibly beautiful little rosettes and they can throw unreal stress colors. This one is moderately stressed, but should throw brighter pinks as the cooler weather sets in. This is a petite cultivar, so if you're looking for big and glamorous this is a pass, especially given the market price of these (and we may see that drop with our farms if the cultivar becomes more readily available). This lovely petite is measuring in at about an inch across. First single rosette we've seen, most split in the center. Stem only, but healthy leaves.
Now, if you love this one you might want to check out our succulent subscription boxes. Our next mystery shipment will go out the first week of November, so there's still time to snag a November delivery. This was October's plant and you can read more about the subscriptions here.
