Amber rock sugar adds sweetness without changing your tea's flavor. Rock sugar also has a great presentation factor. We sell rock sugar in 4 oz packages (which perfectly fill our little Ball Mason jars). Depending on usage, you can expect one package to sweeten 30-60 cups of tea.
100% amber rock cane sugar crystals. Use to taste.
For best sipping, remember rock sugar can take longer to dissolve than traditional sugar; add them into water at the start of the steeping cycle.
