Ugh, the reality of being live, lol! There's some kind of error that is causing a shipping surcharge on the sets. My IT guys is out tonight. If you get charged this surcharge, it will be refunded. I don't know to fix it until he gets back.
We'll have both our Mini pots and Small Pots in these sets (which is the rest of our upload). Our Mini Pots are not perfect. These are handmade and there are some white grainy areas along the edge of these pots. The 'Small' pots are near perfect though. So if you're ordering for gifts, please keep this in mind.
Imperfect pot including an E. Alice Blue. Pot measures in at about 1.5" across (so very small, our customers love these because they're super cute while pups mature). Includes enough inorganic medium to fill the pot. You will receive the exact pot in these photos. Rosette measures in at about an inch across. Arrived this week.
This plant was listed on December 17th, 2023. Photos were taken within 48 hours of the upload date. Colors may appear more subdued tonight, due to the lack of natural light. Slight symmetry and color changes can happen from the time photos were taken until the plants are delivered. Plants can pull leaves as they travel and settle in this time of year.

Is this plant stressed?
If the succulent shown is vibrantly colored, then she is likely exhibiting stress coloration. In order to keep these colors make sure your succulent has bright UV exposure and cooler temps. As the plant establishes in its new home her stress colors may fade a little, however the colors shown here are a natural reaction to her most recent growing conditions.

Do you accept order cancellations?
No, so please make sure you truly want this plant before you checkout. We have a very rigorous shipping schedule and we cannot accept cancellations. We do, however, offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase this plant and she doesn't strike your fancy simply let us know within 3 days of receiving your package. We will issue you a complimentary return label. When and how do you ship?
We ship every Tuesday. If you select UPS your plant should not be in a box for longer than 3 days (we use 2-Day service to the West Coast). We cannot be held responsible for late USPS shipments,(if you select USPS you are accepting the risk of lost/delayed packages).

Where can I add a heat pack?
Our heat packs are (and always have been) complimentary. We feel that it is our responsibility to get your purchase to you safely. That said, heat packs are only necessary if your local temperatures are going to below 32°F for an extended period of time. Heat packs are rated to warm a 12" square box up by 20 degrees, so they can do more harm than good if they are not needed. We will position the heat pack away from the plants inside the box to protect the plants. Our heat packs were purchased on October 20th, 2021 (so they're nice and fresh) and they are rated for 96 hours. Not all heat packs work perfectly every time, there are no guarantees when using heat packs, but we sincerely do our best to protect your plants. You may add a heat pack
