Gift cards are non-refundable once issued. If you are local they are redeemable at our retail store as well. Gift cards never expire and are applicable to anything we sell on our site (except for other gift cards) and are stackable with any promotion we are running.

We can send your gift card via mail with a nice card, or via email on Valentine's Day.

⋅ Gift Cards never expire and are stackable with any promo we have going on. 

⋅ You may not use a gift card to purchase another gift card. If you attempt to order a gift card with a gift card your order will go through, but will automatically cancel within 24 hours and the order will be refunded back to the original gift card.

⋅ We cannot issue refunds for gift cards, all gift card sales are final.

⋅ Our gift cards are digital and you must be comfortable entering a code at the checkout screen in order use the value of your gift card on our site.

⋅ Please be aware of our upload schedule before purchasing your gift card. We sell rare succulents February through May and then again in October through December. We do not sell succulents in June, July, August, September and January due to temperature extremes.
