Gift Cards Policy- Gift cards are final sale. This is standard policy of every single major retailer, we are no exception.
Lost or stolen cards can be replaced by emailing us at: support@cedarcreekfarmhouse.com
Gift Card Promos- We periodically run promos on gift cards, we try to do this about twice a year. We do this because it helps us grow by securing your business into the future and as a treat you get to purchase the gift card at a discounted rate (in essence allowing you to make your own sale whenever you want). Gift cards never expire and are stackable with any promotions we are currently running.
Gift Card Delivery- eGift cards are available via electronic delivery and are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. If it's intended to be a true gift and you have a specific date you'd like it delivered on just ask us :)
Physical gift cards will be mailed via First Class the day after purchase, unless scheduled otherwise.
Gift Card Balance Inquiries- We are working to implement a way for you to check your balance online. It seems like that functionality should be so easy, but it's proven to be trickier than we imagined, but this is in work and should be live very shortly.
