.
Hosikage is a Japanese take on the classic Orange Monroe. These are very similar to Orange Monroe, but tend to throw slightly more blue and lavender hues in their farina than the classic Monroes. Leaves are ever so slightly more oblong and pointy in this cultivar, but they are incredibly similar.
Like Orange Monroe, Hosikages are one of the easier rares to color and it holds its color well.
This Hosikage is a nice sized double, she's measuring in at about 4" across. Stem only, arrived on Wednesday.
