'Kecevana' Pachyphytum Cuicatecanum

These photos were taken today, Saturday, October 19th, 2019. This Saturday in Atlanta has been rainy, we typically try to take our photos with adequate natural lighting to prevent wash out of color from our studio lights. Unfortunately today we were unable to do that and these photos were taken under our studio lights, which are very harsh. Colors may be brighter in person, depending on the cultivar. 

We call this Kecevana on the site, but that is likely either a common name in Korea or a translation issue. For searchability and record-keeping of the photo archives we will continue to use Kecevana as well so you can search all of our photo records, but we now believe the scientific name for this one is Pachyphytum Cuicatecanum. This is a tough import, it takes experience, lucky and perfect timing to get these in right.

This one is not stressed, but shipped well. In the winter months these can throw very marshmallow stress colors ranging from pink to yellow, depending on your region. This will likely lose a leaf or two as it settles in, only because this cultivar typically does.

She's got a very mature stem on her and is measuring in at about 4.25" across and has extremely sparse grower roots.
