Braunsia Maximiliani
This Friday we are offering four different cultivars on our spotlight. We hope you enjoy them! These photos were taken on Friday, October 18th, 2019.
Braunsia Maximiliani is also called Lampranthus. This cultivar is a low growing, trailing succulent. It blooms in mid to late spring with large purple flowers that resemble daisies. The branches can reach lengths of about 8" long and each 'branch' can have multiple offset branches, forming a cluster off a single stem.
Every shop has a plant that inspired it and for us it's Braunsia. It's always in a state of renewal and change and has a subtle beauty to it that is all its own.
We have learned by experience that these require more water than most succulents and we highly, highly suggest having a specialized vessel to rehydrate them in whenever they start to go a little wrinkly. You have two options for this stem, you may order it stem only or you may bundle it with a water propagation vessel.
If you miss out on this exact listing, but aren't picky about the stems you receive you can still shop our Random listing here.
This stem is curved, but gently unfurled it's measuring in at 3" (not including roots), has two mini branches starting and a main mother stem. This branch has about sixteen heads.
