Echeveria Frill Sp., (Not so Random)

So we're getting into some of the broad-leaved echies that I will only import when conditions are just right, otherwise these stretch and just never make it to the site. But, these all shipped well and I was so happy to open this shipment, you just don't see plants like these without stretching unless the timing is perfect.

Now that said they are still living things and do pull leaves as they travel, and with these types of echeverias they don't always have a lot of leaves to spare. So please read the following descriptions carefully, I will be as transparent as possible, but for the types of plants these are you're unlikely to find better form.

This is the last of our Frill hybrids tonight, sometimes called Crinoline in South Korea. Both of these exhibit nice Christmas colors, like a poinsettia in succulent form. I think I have a few more of these shipping for Black Friday, but I would need to double check.

These did ship rather closed up and will possibly lose a few of their outermost leaves as they unfurl again, but both are beautiful and mature specimens. This one has rich coloration, but no freckles and is presently measuring in at about 5" across. Completely settled in she was close to 7" across. Again, she may lose some of her outer-leaves as she establishes, or she may firm up and keep them. But, for form she's good, no stretching and will grow back out to a very nice size in no time. Bare roots from the cultivating farm

(Random) vs. (Not So Random)- Our random category is a collection we put together weekly from all of the farms we've shopped with this week. Some of these plants were purchased as part of a grouping of one or more plants. 'Random' simply means you will get one of the plants shown. 'Not so Random' means you will get the exact plant shown.  

This plant is in house, has been checked for quality and is ready to be shipped. The photos for this plant were taken by the cultivating farm less than two weeks ago. We do not take requests for additional photos because when we're not listing we're shipping, but if she remains unsold you will see her pop up with in-house photos on next week's Saturday night upload.  Normal importing changes can happen, but if we see any significant changes we will document those in the item's description.

We ship Tuesday through Thursday for a Saturday delivery. If you need a heat pack or would like a water propagation vessel those can be added on the checkout page. The heat pack is complimentary, we feel that it is our responsibility to get your plants to you safely in the colder season, but we strongly urge you to consider heat packs carefully and read more about them here.
