Echeveria Japan Moon River Sp., (Please Read Before Carting)

These photos were taken this evening and all of the plants arrived today (June 29th, 2019), so this is how things are currently shipping.

Japan Moon River is a tough import, especially this time of year. I haven't done a presale on one of these since April and I ordered this one in to see her in person before offering her to you guys. What you normally see when importing this cultivar in warmer temps is stretching. This one shipped beautifully from that perspective, but she is consuming her outermost, bottom leaves and those leaves are soft and wrinkly as a result. 

That is also perfectly normal for this time of year, her core growth is nice and firm and I prefer symmetry most of all in this cultivar. She will lose some of her mass, but will maintain a perfect form. 

She is a Japan Moon River Sp, so she's throwing some purple veins throughout her leaves. I have one of these in my collection and they grow really fast. So, I'm personally not worried about these bottom leaves, she should completely grow out of the dehydration in about eight weeks and shouldn't pull any other leaves, just the ones that are wrinkled in these photos. 

She's measuring in at about 4" across, but her firm core is about 2" across and she has thick, mature roots.
