Our variegated Monroes are usually a little more, but I think this one will lose a couple of her most mature leaves as she settle in, she just didn't travel quite as well as the others. All leaves feel OK right now, but the darker yellow ones along the bottom make me think she may be slowly consuming these, she may surprise me and keep them. If you're willing to be patient with this one she's a little bit less expensive than our perfect ones :) 

She's measuring in at about 2.25" across. Stem only.
