Echeveria Tiramisu

The stem on this guy is almost as gorgeous as the rosette. It's long and very fat. It should be an easy behead at some point or it may start to branch (it's very mature). 

She measures in at 3" across (3.5" tall), old/sparse root system, but should start putting out fresh starts soon.
