Lulu always ships a little soft in winter months. This one was no exception and has some softer leaves. Still going to be a beautiful cluster with some time and TLC. She's on the sale because she's ready to be potted. Her soft leaves will not firm back up on this cultivar, but she will keep them for a long time.

Rooted? Lots of mature root stems, but no fresh roots just yet. She may be waiting for the weather to warm up some (this particular echeveria likes warmer temps)
