These have given me such a hard time with importing since about April. They are so fickle. This one came in absolutely terrible, but her stem was healthy. So I have held onto her and her new growth is nice and compact and perfect. I have kept all of her ugly leaves on, so the stem is rough looking. Some of the leaves are soft, but they are still providing nutrition and I didn't see the need to pull them off. The stem has two itty, itty bitty, need-a-magnifying-glass pups started as well. Mostly roots from the cultivating farm. I would just leave this one as is until it gets a little bit bigger (behead in the spring). She can probably be moved to organic soil, but I wouldn't water her, she has put on all of this new growth by stem nutrients and pulling ambient humidity. Neglect is the key with this cultivar. The new growth is measuring in at just under 1.5" across.
Sorry, currently out of stock
