I want to take this opportunity to let you know how much our customers really mean to me. This business is tough! Like, really tough. Not only do you have the normal trials of a small business, but you're working with a living product that is subjected to temperature, delays, inspection and when it gets here the weather still has to cooperate in order for us to photograph under natural light in time for the uploads. I truly do this business because I love it.

I love the people I have meet along the way and I love these little plants. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you and we do this big Black Friday sale each year to kind of give back to our most loyal customers. We do not make very much off of it, especially given the hours that go into it, but it's our way of saying thanks and I just wanted to take a moment to just say a personal thank you.

I never would have dreamed when I started this little business that I would be doing it full time. I started it at a time of great personal loss because these plants helped me cope with some things I was going through and I wanted to share that joy with others. The business is named after my Grandfather's farm, Cedar Springs, some of you know we lost him in September. You guys are like an extended family to me. You have been incredibly supportive, even through the ups and downs of learning how to scale. I still have my tough days on live uploads, four years later. I just appreciate you guys so much.

Each year our Black Fridays are really special to me because a lot of old friends check in to say hi. It's not a shopping holiday so much, as it is a time of personal reflection for me and way to try to give thanks back to you guys for your support. That's why we load so many Just Carts throughout the day, we want each one of you guys to get something a little special.
