Echeveria Chrissy n Ryan, Cristata

We don't see many of these crested Chrissy n Ryans each year-- maybe three or four crests of exceptional quality. This one caught my eye and I ordered it, and she is totally worth it. If you are new to this cultivar you need to realize this plant only goes pink when stressed and as it establishes will go more of a greenish hue, but will go pink again once it sets up and is given either high UV or colder temp. Chrissy n Ryan will always stress with appropriate stress conditions, so if you are comfortable stressing your succulents this one will reward you. This crest is measuring in at about 4" across with three perfect rosettes at the bottom for a nice juxtaposition of crest and rosette formation. Stem only on this particular plant, but should start rooting shortly.

If the succulent shown is vibrantly colored you will need to keep bright lights and cold temps on the succulent to keep its winter colors, but stress colors may fade a little as the plant establishes in its new home.
