I don't think I have ever come across a crested Monroe before. She was meant for our regular Saturday in-stock uploads, but she lost a little of her color during shipping to us so I saved her off for this surprise sale. She'll regain her tangerine hues in full sun. This is a just cart, she measures in at just under 3" and ships bare root.
